5. Your Premium Membership begins when your purchase is completed (or otherwise, your payment is received in full). 

Each billing period starts from the same day of the month your subscription commenced (the day you joined); this is called your “renewal day.” The premium membership will be automatically renewed each renewal day of each month; however, you may cancel at any time (see below cancellation policy as part of our terms of service).

30-DAY MEMBERSHIP EXAMPLE

Our terms of service state that If you paid for service on January 15th, you would automatically be billed on February 15th, March 15th, April 15th etc. If you choose to cancel before your next renewal date, you would need to do so by the 12th of the month (or earlier)

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION 

To cancel your subscription, log into your account via www.guerrillatrading.co.uk (navigate to Members Area, Account, Subscriptions) or login to your PayPal or bank account if paid by Stripe and manually cancel your subscription. Cancellation must be made at least three business days before your renewal date.

Our terms of service specify that once cancelled, your account will remain active for the duration of your existing subscription. Once your subscription expires, your Website and Community forums access will be deactivated.

SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS 

Our refund policy is straightforward…we don’t offer refunds. If you cancel before the month’s pre-billing, a credit will not be issued, and your subscription/service will remain active through the end of the billed monthly period.

You are in the business of trading, and at Guerrilla Trading, we treat your order the same way the market would, meaning once your order has been placed and your payment has been processed, there is no turning back, even if things don’t turn out how you expected. The last thing we want to do is reply to your email, where you explain your unfortunate financial circumstance and ask for a refund, by sending you a link to this page with a simple note that says “…sorry.” So please don’t put yourself in that awkward situation. PAYMENT

As agreed at purchase, the payment will be debited from your credit or debit card. Should any issues cause a payment default, we will promptly inform you through a written notice. AGREEMENT
